True Finds - Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

• Return Policy:

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return requests must be supported with relevant images/videos.

• Refund Policy:

After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are processed strictly according to RBI electronic payment guidelines.

• Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Full refunds will be issued for prepaid orders if cancelled within the permitted time.

• Non-Returnable Items:

Certain personal use products, opened packages, or customized items may not be eligible for return.
